Replenishing resources
Ex-situ Indirect Thermal Desorption
The indirect thermal desorption is an ex-situ remediation technology suitable for eliminating volatile/semi-volatile organic compounds. Compared to the direct heating process, indirect heating does not destroy the contaminants (oxidation, decomposition) and the soil can be re-used post remediation.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
Veolia management responded for the first time to the largest merge and acquisition in the global environmental sector
Soil Washing
The current technology of remediating heavy metal contaminated soil is limited to stabilization or solidification in China without actually separating the contaminants from soil particles. Veolia introduces international robust soil washing technology and professional experts, applies co-mingled technology according to specific soil characteristics, which provides the sufficient conditions to meet the remediation targets.
In-Situ Thermal Desorption
The thermal desorption technology is applicable for removing volatile or semi-volatile organic contaminants. Veolia introduces thermal conductivity heating (TCH) whose temperature is higher than electrical resistance heating (ERH) and steam enhanced extraction (SEE). The target temperature is above 500 ℃, which is able to efficiently heat up intermediate to low permeability soil, also is insensible to geological inhomogeneity.
